Bangalore: Seat selection for eligible sports category candidates was held at the CET Cell here. In the process two medical, 20 engineering, three Ayurveda, one homoeopathy, one Unani and one naturopathy and yoga seats were offered for selection. At the end two Ayurveda, one homoeopathy, one Unani and one naturopathy and yoga seats remained unfilled. The admission round seat selection for the wards of Jammu and Kashmir migrants will be held on July 1, according to the notified schedule. One seat each in all government medical and dental colleges and one seat in each of the engineering colleges, irrespective of the course, will be offered to eligible candidates of Jammu and Kashmir migrants. The fee structure for these candidates will be Rs. 16,700 for medical, Rs. 14,400 for dental and Rs. 18,090 for engineering and architecture courses. These candidates have been asked to pay the fees only by demand draft/pay order in favour of Special Officer, CET Cell, Bangalore, when they come for the seat selection process.
