BSNL's telephone adalat in July

Kozhikode: The next telephone adalat of the Kozhikode Secondary Switching Area of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. will be held in the last week of July.

Long-pending complaints and grievances of telephone subscribers in Kozhikode district. Only those complaints not settled by normal redressing channels will be taken up at the adalat.

Fresh complaints, complaints pending settlement in courts and complaints from associations will not be entertained at the adalat.

Complaints for which decisions were pronounced in the earlier telephone adalats will not be considered.

The complaints should be typewritten or written in legible handwriting with contact telephone number and full details.

They should be addressed to T. Sreedharan, Assistant General Manager, Office of the Principal General Manager, Telecom, BSNL, Kozhikode-673 001, to reach him before Thursday.
