Shubham for world junior meet

Hyderabad: Shubham Sharma of Hyderabad has been selected to represent India in the world junior circuit table tennis championship to be held at Geelong (Australia) from July 5 to 8, according to a press release.

Shubham, the South Asian junior champion, recently won a team bronze in the world junior circuit event in Kolkata and in the individual section, he got the better of some big guns before losing in the pre-quarterfinal.
