iGate raises stake in U.S. firm to 60 p.c.

BANGALORE: iGate Global Solutions has enhanced its stakeholding in the U.S.-based Loan Pro LLC (LP) to 60 per cent. In April this year, iGate had acquired five per cent equity stake in the Horsham-based LP which is engaged in mortgage origination related services and provides services relating to lending operations in all states in the U.S. It focuses on the mid-market mortgage segment and operates on a shared services model using its proprietary technology platform, according to a company release.
