Rivals claim victory


MEXICO CITY: Mexico's presidential election was too close to call and results will not be announced at least until Wednesday, electoral authorities said on Sunday, but two front-runners have both claimed victory in the vote. The Leftist campaigner, former Mexico City Mayor Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, and conservative Felipe Calderon of the ruling party were reported to be running neck and neck.
