Double for TN

VISAKHAPATNAM: It was a grand double for Tamil Nadu in the 23rd South India seniors' kabaddi championships for the Minister's Cup which concluded at the Swarna Bharati indoor stadium here on Sunday night. It won both the men's and women's titles by topping the respective league tables.

Tamil Nadu beat Karnataka 59-6 in the final league match in the men's section and won the title with an all-win record. Karnataka was runner-up. Hyderabad beat Andhra 26-17 in the last league match to claim bronze. — Special Correspondent
