World Cup fever at Central Prison

The prison inmates at the Central Prison, Poojappura are in the `Ole Ole' mood. The football fever has swept through the prison also and this time around, the inmates are having a whale of a time watching the World Cup matches on television.

All World Cup matches from the quarterfinals onwards are being shown live in the prison.

Thanks to the efforts of the prison authorities and voluntary organisations such as Soma PSH Project, Art of Living Foundation, Jesus Fraternity, Lions Club of Trivandrum Pride, Corrections India, 12 colour televisions have been arranged for the inmates to enjoy all football matches.
