Students lauded

NOT MANY can forget the first Indian to reach outer space, Rakesh Sharma. The former Indian Air Force test pilot interacted with students of National College at their annual science festival and complemented the students for some of the innovative displays highlighting scientific discoveries. Recalling his pre-space flight training, he said astronauts have to undergo rigorous training to survive and work in a zero gravity condition inside space vehicles. For many of us tackling Bangalore's traffic each working day, it may not even sound difficult.
