CHENNAI: Navin Kumar (32), a car dealer in Adyar, was arrested on Tuesday night following the death of his wife, Madhudevi, last weekend. Madhudevi's brother Ganesh Babu filed a police complaint, suspecting foul play in her death by suicide. Navin Kumar, son of P.T. Manoharan, former Vice-Chancellor, married Madhudevi, daughter of a match manufacturer, in November 2000. Madhudevi tried to end her life on July 1and was declared dead the next day.
