Traffic diversions

BANGALORE: The police have announced changes in vehicular traffic and parking to facilitate work on laying a concrete road between Jamia Masjid Road Cross and Town Hall Junction. The arrangements will come into effect from July 6.

Two-way movement of vehicles will be permitted between Town Hall Junction and City Market on Narasimharaja Road. Private buses coming from Kalasipalyam will be permitted to pass through Kalasipalyam Main Road and Basappa Circle.

As regards vehicles coming from Mysore Road flyover towards Town Hall, the police will continue with the rule of permitting buses through Yellamma Dasappa Hospital Road and allowing other vehicles through Pailwan Krishnappa Road and O.T.C. Road.

Vehicles reaching City Market Junction from Mysore Road will have to pass through Kalasipalyam Main Road. Otherwise, the vehicles can pass through Jamia Masjid Junction, N.R. Road Cross, Bamboo Bazar Road, Kalasipalyam Main Road, Basappa Circle, and reach J.C. Road. Parking will be banned between Town hall Junction and Bamboo Bazar Road Junction on Narasimharaja Road.
