Antony to head AICC panel

NEW DELHI:
Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday reconstituted the disciplinary committee of the All-India Congress Committee.
It will be chaired by the former Kerala Chief Minister A.K. Antony and will have the former Uttar Pradesh Governor Motilal Vora as member-secretary.
The others on the five-member committee are Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee, the former Maharashtra Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, and the former Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Urmila Singh.
Mr. Antony was a member of the outgoing committee headed by the former Union Minister of State for Home, L.P. Sahi. It had Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad as members.
