14 Legislators nominated to MCD

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Legislative Assembly on Tuesday nominated 14 of its members to MCD under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act for one-year period commencing from April one, 2006.

The members who have been nominated are Rajesh Jain, Jai Kishan, Jile Singh, Kiran Walia, Vijay Singh Lochav, Mala Ram Gangwal, Mahabal Mishra, Surinder Pal Singh, Surender Kumar, Kanwar Karan Singh, Harsharan Singh Balli, Mohan Singh Bisht, Moti Lal Sodi and Rambir Singh Bidhuri, an official release said.- PTI
