Anbumani: nothing personal

NEW DELHI: Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Anbumani Ramadoss on Wednesday said he had nothing personal against AIIMS Director P. Venugopal, whose removal was sought by the Institute body for violating the conduct rules.

"There is no personal clash, as I have high regard for Dr. Venugopal," he told reporters.

The strike at AIIMS and some medical colleges here, sparked off by the Wednesday proposal would settle down soon, Dr. Ramadoss said.
