UAE firm eyes city buyers for Kuala Lumpur project

Hyderabad: If you plan to buy a high-end residence in Kuala Lumpur here is your chance. Hampshire Residences is just the place for both investors and owner residents. This 33-storyed building is poised to come up in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre two-and-half years from now.

Pegasus Realty LLC, the UAE-based company, which is launching the project, is trying to market it internationally. The company has already clinched deal with eight investors in Chennai and is hopeful of selling the project to 10 to 12 buyers in Hyderabad.

Imtiaz Panjwani, chairman, Pegasus Realty, told presspersons here on Wednesday that the space was priced at Rs. 6450 per square foot. A single bedroom apartment would cost about Rs. 76 lakhs.
