Protest rally on July 23

NEW DELHI: A group of youth activists and friends of Priyadarshini Mattoo, who was criminally assaulted and murdered on January 23 in 1996, will stage a protest rally at India Gate here on July 23 to demand immediate re-trial in the case.

Under the banner of "Justice for Priyadarshini", the group that seeks to fight for justice for Priyadarshini -- whose birth anniversary falls on July 23 -- has demanded a re-trial in the case
