Wait and watch policy

The dismal performance of the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) in the just concluded local bodies elections sparked off an intense debate in the State Capital among the realtors. With the land prices remaining unstable following the developments on separate statehood issue earlier, talk of the town now is whether the land prices will shoot up again after the rout of the TRS. Realtors are not hazarding any guess on this count as many feel that the land prices have already touched the highest peak.

"We will have to watch for at least a month to see whether there will be any impact," was the cryptic comment of a leading realtor in the twin cities.
