VIJAYAWADA: AP Billiards & Snooker Association cueists Lucky Vatnani and John Bosco along with Rajiv and Simhadri Reddy made it to the last four in the billiards segment of the State senior-ranking tournament held at the LVR Club Reading Room, Guntur on Friday. In the best of five 150-up format, Lucky defeated Govinda Raju Reddy of Rajahmundry 3-1 while Bosco outplayed local cueist S. Sankar with a similar margin. In the snooker quarterfinals, Vatnani defeated P. Sudhakar 4-0, while Vijayawada's Kishore outclassed Kakinada's Rajiv 4-2. John Bosco will clash with Ravi Shankar while S. Sankar would take on S. Praveen in the other quarterfinals.
