ADILABAD: Adilabad MP T. Madhusudan Reddy of the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) on Friday decided against resigning from the Lok Sabha owing to "overwhelming pressure" from partymen - including party chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao. The MP was "persuaded" not to go ahead with his resignation at a meeting held at the house of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao. The meeting was attended among others by MPs Ravindra Naik, Vinod Kumar and Union Minister A. Narendra - besides the party president. Mr. Madhusudan Reddy told The Hindu that all the MPs and TRS leaders from different district units sent fax messages to the party president not to accept the resignation.
