Tata Crucible Business Quiz

Staff Correspondent

MUMBAI: The Tata Group is conducting the third edition of `Tata Crucible — the Business Quiz 2006.'

The Quiz has completed its first leg and it now moves to Mumbai (July 8), New Delhi (July 9), Hyderabad (July 11), Ahmedabad (July 14), Chennai (July 15) and Bangalore (July 16), culminating in the National finals in Mumbai on July 23. The winning team will walk away with a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh and a host of other prizes from the Tata Group along with a trophy for each member.

One of the main attractions of the quiz is that there is no `entry fee,' providing ample opportunity for serious as well as recreational quizzers to participate in the programme.

Those interested can register on www.tata.com where all rules and regulations have been posted. Any number of `2-member' teams can participate from the same organisation. However, each team will be allowed to participate only `once' from any of the nine locations where the quiz is being held.

Romit Chaterji, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Tata Services, said: "I am glad that we have succeeded in what we set out to achieve two years ago.
