Soft skills for children

The Arya Bhatta Academy, a U C Mas franchisee, will be conducting `soft skills' programmes for children of ages 3 to 5, 6 to 10 and 11 to 18 from Sunday at 39, 4th Main Road, Kasthuri Bai Nagar, Adyar. Kindergarten students will be taught arithmetic skills; children between 6 and 10 will learn handwriting improvement, simple memory techniques, learning skills, English, mind mapping, puzzles and games and the 11 to 18 year olds would learn most of these skills, and time management, speed reading, exam preparation and planning in addition.
