Bangalore: There will be no power supply from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in parts of the city on Sunday. According to a BESCOM release the affected areas include Sanjayanagar, Bhoopasandra, Central Excise Layout, UAS Layout, NGEF Layout, parts of RMV Second Stage, Dollars Colony, Kottepatil Apartments, Nagashettihalli, Bhadrappa Layout, Deinagar, Lottegollahalli, IISc. Layout, Chikkamaranahalli, L.G. Halli, MSR Industrial area, Mathikere, AGS Layout, Sadashivanagar, Vyalikaval, Ranganathapuram, Malleswaram, Swimming Pool Extension, Sirur Park Extension, Palace Guttahalli, IISC and surrounding areas. There will be no power supply from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday in some other areas owing to quarterly maintenance works at 220 kV HSR Station to be carried out by KPTCL. The affected areas include Wilson Garden, Nanjappa Layout, Sudhamanagar, Mavalli, Byrasandra, Siddaiah Road, Lakkasandra, Laljinagar, Pukkaraj Layout, Lalbagh and surrounding areas, Mahalingeshwara Swamy area, K.H. Road, Wilson Garden, Museum Road, Lalbagh Road, parts of Shantinagar, Richmond Town, Longford Town, Airport Road and surrounding areas, Jayanagar 1st and 2nd blocks, Byrasandra, LIC Colony, TB Hospital, Someshwaranagar, B.G. Road, Dairy Circle and surrounding areas.
