Never was looking beautiful as easy as it is now! Everywhere around attractive faces look down from hoardings, the stars guide you to big malls endorsing products or a good-looking smart entrepreneur symbolizes success in the television advertisements.

In these days when the mane and manicure matter a lot, cosmetology or beautician courses are fast gaining momentum as a promising career option.

A new tribe of aestheticians and skin doctors are here to literally get under your skin and to help you fight the damaging effects of time and elements.

"Beauty is an ever-growing industry and sky is the limit. More and more youngsters are taking up the course and making a good name for themselves in the growing beauty industry. The awareness levels are high and students have developed a serious approach towards the subject," says Kiranmayee, director of Clara International.

The institute offers courses in beauty culture, advanced diploma in beauty management, certificate course in body management and nutrition, advanced make-up course and diploma in professional make-up. The duration of the courses vary from six months to one year.

Along with this, hobby courses like rejuvenation and grooming programme, certificate in basic make-up, aromatherapy and hair styling are also offered. The beauty industry is no longer the sole domain of women.

"Men are taking equal interest in this field and we have received many queries from them about the courses offered by our institute and the career opportunities," says Kiranmayee. The institute is supported by a trained and experienced faculty from Delhi.
