Easy for BEML

BANGALORE: Bharat Earth Movers Limited (KGF) defeated Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited 4-2 in the State `B' division hockey tournament, which commenced at the KSHA stadium here on Monday.

Ponnumadurai(15th), Amritraj (22nd), Nanda Kumar (34th) and Sandeep (44th) scored for the winner and Thimmaiah (9th) and Parthiban (38th) were on target for the loser.

In another match, Army Supply Corps (Boys) beat State Bank of India 5-2 with Kiran Kumar (15th & 42nd) scoring twice supported by Roshan Belliappa (20th), B.M. Chengappa (46th) and Chandan Aind (50th). Santosh (7th & 36th) logged both the goals for State Bank of India.
