Rahul Mahajan allowed to shift to Mumbai

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Monday allowed Rahul Mahajan, son of slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, to shift to Mumbai after the brain-mapping test was conducted on him. The test is scheduled for July 26 and 27 in connection with the drug abuse case.

The court order followed Mr. Mahajan's petition, seeking permission to shift to Mumbai on the grounds that the Estate Office here had asked him to vacate the 7 Safdarjung Road bungalow allotted to his father and to take care of his ailing grandmother.
