MTNL launches Garuda mobile service

MUMBAI: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (MTNL) has launched its new Garuda mobile service with a range of attractive features from its state-of-the-art CDMA 2000 1x network.

This service provides seamless mobility between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, superior voice quality, voice mail service and has free provisioning of CLIP and Phone Plus facilities. It also offers high-speed mobile Internet connectivity (upto 144 kbps), according to a company says a release.
