BHEL bags Tata Power contract

NEW DELHI: Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) has bagged a contract from Tata Power Company for setting up a 250 MW thermal plant in Maharashtra. According to a BHEL release, the public sector power equipment major will design, manufacture, supply, test and commission the 250 MW thermal power unit at Tata Power's Trombay complex.
