Assembly session reconvened

PONDICHERRY: The Pondicherry Assembly session has been reconvened on July 27.

The session will begin with the customary address by the Lt. Governor M.M. Lakhera. During the coming session, the Government would present the full-fledged budget on July 31, sources in the Government said.

The Assembly had its last meeting on May 29 for the election of pro term speaker and the swearing in of newly elected members.
