Tholkapiyar award for Karunanidhi

CHENNAI: The Azhwargal Aaivu Maiyam has decided to confer the Tholkapiyar Award on Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi for his contribution to Tamil literature. The decision was taken at a meeting here of the award committee members, headed by Rm. Veerappan on Monday.
