Pondicherry: Speaker of the Pondicherry Assembly R. Radhakrishnan would participate in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association meet scheduled to be held in Nigeria from September 4 to 11. An official source said on Tuesday that the Speaker would leave on September 3 for the meet.
