SIB declares 18 p.c. dividend

THRISSUR : South Indian Bank (SIB) has declared a dividend of 18 per cent for 2005-06. A release said the bank has posted a net profit of Rs. 50.90 crorethis fiscal against Rs. 8.70 crore in the previous year. The bank's capital adequacy ratio has increased to 13 per cent as against the minimum requirement of nine per cent, the release said.
