The three-day 11th Delhi International Jewellery Exhibition (DIJE) and 7th Bride and Groom Exhibition will open at Hotel Ashok on July 22.

Being organised by International Trade and Exhibition (ITE) Group India Private Limited, the exhibition is aimed at providing more choice and variety to buyers and also to bring them in direct contact with the business community.

The Bride and Groom Exhibition will showcase the complete wedding range from trousseau, accessories, wedding gifts, make-up artists, wedding planner, wedding photographers and honeymoon packagers all under one roof.

Some of the biggest designers of apparel from India and Pakistan will display their creations in both traditional and contemporary styles.

The extravaganza will see the participation of Indian designers including Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Shaina N.C., Sangeeta Zhaveri, Umesh Vashist, Gaurav Gupta, Bhairvi Jaikishan and Renu Dadlani, while Hasan Sheheryar Yasin, Usman Dittu, Faryal, Lajwanti and Nomi Ansari from Pakistan will also display their creations at the exhibition.

Jewellery that contributes immensely in making a dream wedding successful will be displayed at DIJE.

In addition, new trends in jewellery and designing that are suitable for both national and international markets will be showcased.

Also on the cards are a grand fashion show and interactive workshops for visitors.

"Every year the exhibition draws over 100 exhibitors from India and Pakistan. An important feature is the affordability of the products at our exhibition, which has helped us create a niche for ourselves in the burgeoning wedding industry. Moreover, our exhibition aims at providing a perfect platform to the talented and aspiring newcomers in the industry," says ITE Group India Private Limited director Kiran Sharma. — Madhur Tankha
