Rajahmundry: The Centre has decided to set up three anti-trafficking units in the State to check trafficking in girls and women. Speaking to The Hindu here on Tuesday, Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Eluru range, C.V. Anand said that the country was in the United Nations watch list vis-à-vis spreading of HIV.
