HYDERABAD:
Two employees from ICICI Lombard General Life Insurance Company have emerged winners at the regional finals of Tata Crucible-The Business Quiz-2006 held at RNR auditorium in Banjara Hills here on Tuesday.
The employees -- Ramamurthy and Arvind Ramaiah -- in a hard-fought final round triumphed over the other participating teams. Tata Consultancy Services Limited executive vice-president (advanced technology) M. Vidhya Sagar gave away cash prizes.
The winners will head for the national finals to be held in Mumbai on July 23.
Quizmaster Giri Balasubramaniam, aka Pickbrain with his interactive style of querying had the audience in excitement.
With The Hindu Education Plus as an official media partner, the business quiz was organised in two tracks - one aimed at the employees of Tata Group and other at the corporate world at large.
