Warrants issued to landowners

KOCHI: Sub-Divisional Magistrate Mini Antony on Tuesday issued warrants to nine landowners along Sahodaran Ayyappan Road. They have been given 48 hours to vacate the land.

Police assistance will be sought at the end of the deadline.

Discussions with temple and church authorities are on. The land required for the development of the road will be handed over to the Kochi Corporation by July 15, District Collector A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish said. — Staff Reporter
