Parsoli to issue shares to international firms

CHENNAI: Parsoli Corporation, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, has stated that the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on Monday have approved the issue of 1.20 crore equity shares on a preferential basis at a price of Rs. 22 per share (including a premium of Rs. 12) including 53.55 lakh equity shares to Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG (Baader Bank) and 67.05 lakh equity shares to Gulf Investment Services (GIS) and others.
