Muralitharan bowled over

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI: Kamala Theatre owner C.T. Valliappan and director Simbudevan were in for a surprise when Sri Lankan spinner Muttiah Muralitharan made a visit to the theatre along with his family to watch the Tamil movie Imsai Arasan 23-aam Pulikesi.

Muralitharan, who met the film's director, Simbudevan, was all praise for the film. He jocularly spoke about how actor Vadivelu was the latest hero in Sri Lanka, during his conversation with the film director and Mr. Valliappan.
