Power shutdown

There will be no power supply in HRBR Layout I and II Blocks, Kammanahalli Main Road, Sena Vihar and surrounding areas between 10.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday due to emergency work to be carried out in Banaswadi O&M Unit of E-S Sub Division.

Free eye camp

Training programme

Free consultation

The Bangalore Dermatological Society will host Cosmecon 2006 on Sunday at the Jnana Jyothi Auditorium, Central College. The programme will be an interactive session where people can seek answers to various questions about skin and hair problems from the city's top dermatologists, cosmetologists, experts in Laser, hair diseases and skin surgeons. Entry and consultation are free.

Computer class

Enable India, a charitable organisation, is offering free computer training for the blind and visually impaired persons. The course was launched on July 10.
