Medals presented to visually challenged

HYDERABAD: Governor Rameshwar Thakur on Wednesday said it was the duty of every citizen to take care of physically challenged children and ensure equal opportunities for them.

Speaking after presenting medals and certificates to 40 visually challenged students of Devnar School for the Blind at Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday, the Governor called upon people to help the differently-abled children gain education and skills.

The foundation's managing trustee A. Saibaba Goud explained the various activities being taken up by the school.
