24/7 Customer to integrate LivePerson's platform

CHENNAI: 24/7 Customer, a provider of online conversion solutions, will integrate LivePerson's, a comprehensive Timpani platform with its customer lifecycle management framework to support and manage all online customer interactions. This strategic partnership will enable companies to offer a scalable on-demand solution for increasing online sales and brand loyalty, said P. V. Kannan, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, 24/7 Customer, in a press release.
