IndiGo's Delhi-Guwahati service to begin on Aug. 4
NEW DELHI:
IndiGo, India's newest low-fare carrier promoted by InterGlobe Enterprises, on Thursday opened for sale its non-stop daily service between Delhi and Guwahati, with the same-aircraft continuation to Imphal. The service will begin on August 4. Non-stop daily service between Delhi and Pune, with the same-aircraft continuation to Bangalore, will commence on August 10. IndiGo will be adding one new Airbus A-320 aircraft each month for the remainder of 2006. It is slated to start non-stop services to Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai in August and September. Tickets will be available through net, participating travel agents, at airports or through IndiGo call centres.
