CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 5 lakhs for the next of kin of Sonu, a resident of Baghpur in Jhajjar district who was killed on Wednesday when inmates of Satlok Ashram allegedly opened fire on villagers at Karontha in Rohtak district. Mr. Hooda, who visited the PGI at Rohtak to enquire about the health of the injured, said that a member of the family of the deceased would be given employment by the State Government. He also announced financial assistance of Rs. 50,000 each besides free medical aid for the injured. He asserted that the culprits would not be spared .
