IMPAL pays Rs. 7 dividend
CHENNAI:
Indian Motor Parts and Accessories declared a dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share for 2005-06 on the paid up equity share capital of Rs. 4.16 crore. The record date has been fixed as July 26. Sales turnover for the year ended March 31, 2006, is lower at Rs. 207.07 crore against Rs. 213.50 crore previously. Further, the board has proposed to treat the interim dividend as the total for 2005-06. The company has achieved a profit before tax of Rs. 13.82 crore against Rs. 15.17 crore and a net profit of Rs. 9.07 crore against Rs. 10.15 crore in the previous year.
