Pondicherry: The Pondicherry administration will soon form a committee to work out the modalities for distribution of colour television sets free. Chief Minister N. Rangasamy told newsmen here on Thursday that it was a promise he gave during the elections. Mr. Rangasamy said the Government would provide all facilities to the newly-constituted municipal councils and commune panchayats to discharge their duties.
