Free Zone in Sharjah woos investors

CHENNAI: A seminar to woo prospective investors from Chennai and Southern India to the Hamriyah Free Zone (HFZ), Sharjah, was organised jointly by the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and the HFZ.

Director General of HFZ Rashid Al Leem, and his team of officials made a detailed presentation about the advantages of the HFZ, the incentives and the world-class infrastructure available to the investors.

He explained that there were 1,500 investors representing 86 countries.

Sales Manager Saud Al Mazrouee, Senior Sales Officer Muhamed Basheer and Project Coordinator of HFZ S. Sultan, also participated.

Chairman of the Expert Committee on Logistics, MCCI, J. Krishnan, introduced the HFZ delegation.
