The survey, conducted among 127 residents, asked residents to rate seven urban services pollution control, RTO, traffic regulation, cleanliness/sewage, auto rickshaw transport, water supply and road conditions on a ten-point scale, with ten being the highest score. The average rating for pollution was 4.03, RTO services 4.43 and traffic 4.61; while cleanliness scored 5.06, auto rickshaw transport 5.07 and water supply 5.77. Road conditions, surprisingly, scored 6.47.
