Camp

The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Central, Sri Lavanya Hospital and Isha Yoga Centre will organise a free medical camp on July 16 at Alandurai, according to a release.

Programme

5 (TN) Girls BN NCC will conduct a NCC camp at NGM College, Pollachi, from July 16 to 27. About 650 girl cadets from different parts of the State will participate. According to a release, competitions such as obstacle course, firing, map reading and line layout will be held at the camp. Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry teams will be selected to participate in the inter-State competitions to be held in New Delhi in September.

Elected

The following were elected office-bearers of the CMS Educational and Charitable Trust: M.P. Gopalakrishnan - Chairman, K. Rajagopalan - Vice-Chairman, C.K.V. Nambiar - Secretary, P. Vijayaraghavan - treasurer.

Grievances day

The Superintending Engineer of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Coimbatore South, will conduct a grievances day meeting on July 19 at the office of the executive engineer, Tirupur, at 11 a.m.
