Staff Reporter
VIJAYAWADA: The Mumbai-based Accommodation Times Institute of Real Estate Management, a private autonomous institute offering various courses in the field of real estate business, will make available its courses in Vijayawada, too. The courses will be offered through Corporate People, a leading real estate firm in the city, in the next two to three months, according to Murari Chaturvedi, founder-chairman of the institute. Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, Mr. Chaturvedi said some time was required to select and train the faculty.
Fee structure
A one-year post-graduate diploma in real estate management and two short-term courses of two months duration in real estate marketing and real estate finance would be offered. While Rs. 36,000 would be charged for the first course, Rs. 8,500 would be charged for the other two courses. Asked whether the courses had any kind of recognition, Mr. Chaturvedi said the institute had approached Mumbai University to recognise them, but the latter expressed helplessness in view of non-availability of appraisers.
