Mega expo-cum-sale showcases several multinational brands; closes on July 31

CHENNAI: A mega exhibition-cum-sale, with 550 stalls displaying consumer goods and services, opened in the city on Saturday. The expo is on till July 31.

Goods and services

Electronic goods, leather products, fashion accessories, automobiles, garments, jewellery, furniture, toys and food products are available.

Several services, including life insurance, loans, real estate and telecommunication, will be offered.

The trade fair's Chief Executive Officer, Umesh C. Pandey, said the exhibition was held in 10 cities across India through the year.

The show is organised by Innovative Concepts, and brings together several multinational brands under one roof.

New product launches

In Chennai, the fair deals in new product demonstrations, launches and discounts, apart from interactive events and fashion shows.

Winners of lucky draws get to fly free to popular destinations, Mr. Pandey said. A large food court and a variety entertainment zone are the other attractions there.

Actor Srikanth participated in the inaugural of the expo on Saturday evening.

Venue

The exhibition is going on at St. George High School (opposite Pachaiyappa's College) on Poonamallee High Road from 1 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.

Entry fee on weekdays is Rs.30 and weekends it is Rs.40. Children under seven years can get to visit the exposition free. You can contact over the mobile 98406 85012 for further information.
