New Delhi: Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Jagdish Mukhi on Sunday condemned the decision of the Speaker not to nominate BJP members to the Delimitation Commission. Terming it as `dictatorial', he said "the Speaker has violated all the democratic norms and conventions by not giving proportionate representation to the political parties in the Delimitation Commission". The BJP is the largest and the only recognised opposition party of the Vidhan Sabha, he said in a statement here. BJP will boycott all the functions organised by the Speaker Prem Singh and all the meetings of committees presided by him as a symbol of protest, Mukhi said.
