Phone-in programme

Free hostel

Kunchitigara Sarvajanika Vidyarthi Nilaya has invited applications from Kunchitagara community male students studying engineering, medical, agricultural and post-graduate courses in Bangalore for free admission to its hostel. Pranayama

Sankalpa, Yoga and Natural Health Centre will organise a week's course on Pranayama for people suffering from asthma, allergy, sinus and psychosomatic problems from July 24. Yoga

RSVC Foundation in association with Yogalaya International will organise new batches of yoga classes at its centres on Cunningham Road, Vasanthnagar, M.G. Road and Jayanagar 4th Block from Monday. Time extended

Students who have passed the SSLC supplementary examination can get admission to 1st year PU classes without fine up to July 25 and with fine till July 31. Students who have passed SSLC in April 2006 examination can also get admitted to 1st year PU classes by paying fine till July 31, according to a press release.

First batch

The first batch of students of M.Tech programme in Geoinformatics started by the Karnataka State Remote Sensing Applications Centre will pass out on Tuesday. Vice-Chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technical University will present the certificates.
